Mi-Jack Promotions to take over Grand Prix of Cleveland

Mi-Jack Promotions is set to take over the task of promoting the Champ Car Grand Prix of Cleveland Presented by US Bank over the course of a five year deal.  Champ Car has handled the promotion of the Cleveland Grand Prix in-house over the past two years.  Prior to that, the event was promoted for several years by IMG.

Mi-Jack Promotions is run by Mike Lanigan, who is co-owner of Conquest Racing.  Lanigan and Mi-Jack Promotions are also heavily involved with the return of Champ Car to the streets of Houston.

A statement is expected from Champ Car sometime next week.
